My key will not turn back enough lock the steering wheel but can shut it off. I can also move it the same amount of movement without the key and it will turn it on and off. Before I throw money at it, I assume it's the cylinder? Also how easy is it to replace? Any other ideas of what it might be are also welcome. Thanks.
