'07 WK Hemi Exhaust(?) Leak

I noticed what sounds like an exhaust leak from my WK. It occurs quite noticeably when it's cold and also in low gears when the RPMs are going up.



Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I can try and post a video so you can hear the sound.



It's an '07 Grand Cherokee with the 5.7L Hemi.
