Question about increasing caster with adjustable upper control arms

I am still struggling with some death wobble. I was able to find the last alignment printout and found the caster angle is 2.6 degrees on drivers side and 2.7 degrees on passenger side. So to increase caster do I shorten the upper control arms or lengthen them?
