Engine Oil and Jacking Questions

So I looked up the weight of my 99 Jeep and its apparently just over 2 tons so I was just wondering if I'd need to get a 3 ton trolley jack or if I'd be ok with the 2 ton one since I'll be offloading the weight onto the jack stands anyway. Also when I'm looking at buying "2 ton jack stands" does that mean they each support 2 tons or they support 2 tons together? Also I was wondering do you guys jack up your jeeps all the way on 4 stands or do you just do the 2 front when changing oil. I've read that you shouldn't do it halfway since not all the oil will drain out.



What kind of oil do you guys recommend also? I normally just had the shops put in whatever but I figure if I'm doing it myself I should pick out a high quality oil now.
