Steering Issue at High Speeds

So I took my jeep up north this past weekend and I noticed that my steering wheel was constantly about 10 to 15 degrees to the left on the highway in order to go straight. While in town it seems to drive straight down the road at around 30 to 50 mph once I hit 55-60 I have issues I was thinking I might need a wheel alignment but I heard it could be my steering stabilizer shock is worn out. Any one else have an issue like this?
