I just test drove a 2007 3.7l v6 Commander....it has 128,000 miles on it.
I have some questions.
First question, is that mileage too high? The previous jeep I had (totaled) was a 2005 Grand Cherokee 5.7l hemi had 120,000. So with this being a couple years newer it was a concern I had that it was too high.
The drive went well, electrics all seem to work, interior is in good shape, windows creak a bit but all work fine. Heat and a/c ran fine.
Other question....and this might make me sound crazy for still considering it, but the car has been in 4 accidents, all minor. Should this be a huge red flag not to purchase? None of the accidents were damaging to mechanics, just body...air bags did not deploy....BUT should I not even consider this vehicle....
the accidents happened with the first owner 2006-2009...
please list any other problems you think I need to check for, or check in general!
