rough country long arm install question.

For those who have done it, I'm putting on frame brackets for control arms, which bolt holes did you use? Is a 1997 4.0..it will fit the best if I use the second set of holes but rear control arm side of bracket sits about 1/4 away from frame from hitting last skidplate frame "bung". If I use first set of holes, all the bolts line up but hits the curve in the frame and will cause 1/2 in gap on rear section. Already contacted rough country, but would like input from people who have installed it
