Something is drawing on my battery and I can't figure it out.

So I inherited a 98 wrangler from a family friend and ever since I have been having electrical issues with it. Something is draining the battery when it is sitting. I have done what I can to narrow down the possible problems but seem to have hit a wall. After reading many post on the subject I did what most posters suggested and disconnected the negative terminal and used a current indicator with a little light bulb and pulled fuses one by one until I pulled the one that dimmed the light. After pulling the fuse for the stereo the light dimmed significantly but not completely. So next I used a multimeter to see what the exact draw on my battery was and even with the stereo fuse pulled I m still drawing significant power. Using the 10A setting on the multimeter With the stereo fuse in place the draw is .64 which to my understanding is 641 milliamps. With the stereo fuse removed the reading drops to .16 or 160 milliamps which is still rather high. I pulled all the fuses and saw no further drop on the meter which really has me stuck. What else could be draining then power? 160 milliamps seems like a lot. From what I have read when the car is off acceptable draw is 32 milliamps. Any thought or helpful hints or pointers from people with greater knowledge than me would be very helpful. Thanks
