Steering Wheel out of true

Ya know I have >200K on this Jeep and am familiar with driving it. I had it to the shop for new gaskets and a tire rotate. When I drove away I noticed straight away the steering wheel was out of true. The Jeep drives straight when I let go the wheel. How might this have happened Should I be concerned?
