Steering Wheel Vibe 60 mph+

Hello, my ZJ 5.2l with all u joints on the front driveshaft has a vibe in the steering wheel right at 60 mph and above. No shaking or wobble just a vibe I can feel in the steering wheel and I don't feel it in the seat, so I am pretty sure its the front driveshaft but wanted to see what you all thought. I removed the front driveshaft and the u joint at the diff was bad so I replaced that and the others in at the Tcase seemed to be fine. But the vibe is still there. I am planning on replacing the other U joints and ball today but what else should I check out while I am under there? The Jeep has 140k and nothing has been touched driveline wise.
