Hey everyone, my 2001 Cherokee sport has a constant whine coming from the front end. It whines while driving and while turning the steering wheel at a complete stop. Even when standing still and not turning the wheel it still whines. Power steering reservoir is full. also, when turning the wheel all the way left or right and slowly moving, the tires seem to skip and another noise is heard (clunking noise). Any ideas on what this could possibly be??? Thanks for any and all help
