Bedliner

Want to bed line the outside of my jeep since it's all dented and scuffed up. The corners are dented so I want to put corner guards, windshield frame is also dented so I was looking at a windshield frame too. Do I buy them and install, then bed line it? Or bedline it then buy them and install? I don't want to bedline the armor I'm going to buy, but I don't want to have it less snug because there is a layer of bedline inbetween
