Bilstein 5100 issues

Anybody have problems mounting there 5100's? Been using Google and searching for hours and can't find s*#&@! I have a 95' YJ on a 4" (SUA)Black Diamond Lift (in the process of replacing everything). Bought all four of the 5100's as a set. For starters the rears mount can down, which I am not too happy about (the old BD shocks mounted can up). The real kicker is the front. the bushing has that vulcanized race in it and it won't fit on the spring plate stud. The lower eye on the front shock is 12.7mm and it needs to be 16mm to fit that stud. I got this Jeep from a buddy a couple years ago and he did the BD kit in it but I am starting to think that maybe BD had beefier spring plate studs that came with their kits. I am curious as too what the stock spring plate stud diameters are. Has anybody pressed these bushings out and replaced them, have a fix or run into this before?

Part #'s are;24-064576 (Front) and 24-185660 (Rear), supposed to fit 87-95 YJ. Kinda at a loss, any advice?
