I installed a swing out tire carrier on my ride. It solved a few problems but created another. It rattles like all hell. I read about using a tuna can? I was looking for a more permanent solution though. Maybe a toggle clamp or something like that? I don't want to weld anything on to the bumper... Any ideas? Pics? Thanks
