So I replaced my motor last month and replaced the following and my jeep is having problems shifting intermittently.
Between 20-30mph and at 60mph but if it happens and I left my foot off the gas it's perfectly fine. Reverse and all other gears work normally. When it is cold out I don't notice the roughness very much or if any at all. I replaced my transmission 25k ago.
I've replaced these parts in the past 12 months.
CRank shaft position sensor
Distributor
Distributor cap/rotor/spark plugs (champs) spark plug wires (mopar) and ignition coil (BWD)
PCM
Forward O2 sensor
Motor 360 big block
Also my "replace coolant sensor" light intermittently pops on when it feels like it. Tried to replace all three sensors and still pops up. Could this be VIC?
The one last thing i wanted to check was the IAC but before I did I just took it to a transmission shop and they said it's not the transmission that it could be the fluid? So I did a drain and fill/filter and still noticing the problem. Any takers to guess or know what the heck is going on ?!
