My buddy has a 2000 xj sport and has some issues so I came here to see if there are any ideas if anyone else had these problems
-gauge cluster sometimes does not work for days than pops back on
-window locks won't always work but do sometimes, windows always roll up and down however
-before he had a kill switch button installed the jeep would randomly try to start its self on its own, he had to disconnect the battery to make that not happen
-he sometimes had to put his jeep in neutral to start it (pretty sure it was neutral)
Was seeing if anyone had these symptoms and had a fix for it. He supposingly had 'electrical' work done but problem came back not to long after. Vehicle had 5 owners within 85,000 miles...kinda guessing that means something bad happened. It would be a shame to see it die before 100,000
