Leaf Springs and yoke, help!

I put on leaf springs that raised my 1995 jeep up about 3-4 inches and worked great for 3-4 years, but now im blowing u-joints, and want it original hieght, but have a question, there a a lot of springs out there, if they do no say "lift" any where then they will put the rear end back to the original heigtht? What about number of leafs? Just makes the ride rougher I would guess with more leafs, and stop the back end from slumping. Any good recommendations on springs for moderate 4x4 action? We go on mountain dirt roads, and sometimes a river bed, sort of rockey, but not extreme at all. One more question, the yoke on my rear drive shaft is a 30 degree yoke and the small machine shop near me cant purchase it, any good sources for yokes? I need one, mine is a little bunged up!
