Electrical issue or just drained battery on my 2015 JGC Overland?

New member and first post here,

Just picked up a 2015 JGC Overland V6 4x2 just a few days ago. This morning i brought it to get tinted and I hung out in the garage almost the entire time work was being done on it. The headlights and tail lights were off nearly the whole time, the interior lights I believe were on the whole time, not certain about the instruments/nav, really wasn't paying too much attention.

When the work was completed and they went to start the truck, all lights/nav were on and the engine turned over just fine but it just wouldnt catch and stay on (engine). Tried 3-4 more times and still wouldn't take. We obviously thought that the battery was drained enough to where it wouldnt start so then they connected a jumper box, kept it connected for 5min or so. At this time everyone thought it was strange, seemed like the battery had enough juice, was only a couple hours, is that enough to drain battery to not start? During the attempts to start, oil pressure light was on, and then air bag and then check engine light. We shut everything off and disconnected the battery pack and I called for Roadside Assistance/Tow. The owner of the tint place pulled up, got in the jeep and it started right up. Shut it down and tried again, started up again, couldn't believe it. I drove the vehicle home, everything sounded fine and no malfunctions but my check engine light is still on, no other lights though. Anybody have any ideas? Drained battery likely or not likely? Tint guys said they have done several newer jeeps and none had issue I had. I called a service manager and he said 99% the battery was drained but he didnt really explain the other lights being on or maybe I didnt understand, he said I needed to bring in the truck to reset something to get the check engine light to disappear. Just not sure what to make of this. Thank you.
