98 Cherokee Radio replacement

I have a 98 Cherokee with the radio with the cassette.



I'd like to replace it with an OEM radio that has a CD player in it! I've found

several used radios with a tape deck and a CD player.



Now the question is, are these radios a direct replacement?



When the radio is replaced, does Chrysler have to program it?
