Can't identify this locker , or problem

I was out wheeling the other day when I lost 4wd in the front all of the sudden . The driveshaft and ring a panino are turning , but the wheels do not. My pinion shaft is fine , the ring and pinion are fine , and my axles are fine . This is the locker I pulled out from a previous owner , I can't find any other locker that looks like it and I'm having trouble pulling it apart. Also , all of the splines are fine .



Can anyone help ?
