Noob here with some questions, hope I'm in the right place.
Recently, it has happened about 3-4 times now, when I try to turn on my 2005 Grand Cherokee laredo, it simply wont start, it sounds and acts just like as if my battery was dead, panel, radio, A/C all go on, but when I turn the key, it just "clicks" but nothing happens, in the beginning I would turn key off/remove and insert/turn on a few times and suddenly car would turn on, last time (yesterday) I had to do it several times before the car would finally turn on.
This isn't a frequent issue, happens one day and not for weeks, then out of the blue it will do it again once in one day, then back to normal.
Any idea on what's going on?
I will add, but want to make this a separate thread, since I have this car, bought in 2010, happens also infrequently, when I'm driving, the whole panel just turns off and immediately back on, it "blinks" if you will, even the A/C stops cooling, the radio stays on though, very infrequently and there is no pattern, may happen one day a couple of times during a drive and never again for months, then one day, does it again and disappears for another several months :confused:
