Hey guys, I have a 1988 Jeep Wrangler 4.2 and my Peugeot transmission went out. I am wanting to convert my transmission to an AX15.
couples questions before I do this.
If I buy an AX15 transmission from a junkyard and I buy a the bellhousing conversion Kit from http://ift.tt/1Q9zjSg
it comes with
1. 1 Kit#712590 NV3550 BELLHOUSING TO 4.2L 6 CYL.
2. 1 715545 TRANSFER CASE SHIFTER BRACKET
3. 1 Kit# 716007 CROSSMEMBER ADAPTER PLATE
4. 1 716096 NEW PROCESS 207 INPUT GEAR
5. 1 Kit# 716099 SHIFT HANDLE
6. 1 Kit# 716340 SLAVE CYLINDER AND HOSE KIT
7. 1 JP001 JEEP INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Would this be all I need to do for the conversion?
Also when installing would I just put it all together and the transmission should fit right in?
