Recommended T-case and axle fluid

I'm going to drain and replace my fluids in the t-case and axles. What gear oil is recommended. I don't do much off roading some mudding. I've got 180xxx and this will be the first time changing oil. What do you guys recommend? I have an 03 WJ 4.0 with a four inch lift...
