Hello, I just replaced the water pump on my 91 YJ 2.5L 4cyl. After installing the water pump, I started the engine to get all the air out of the system. After a few minutes of warming up the engine, coolant came rushing out of the radiator cap (a lot and fast). I had to shut down the engine immediately. At first I thought it was an air bubble in the hoses, so I let it cool, re-filled the radiator and started it again, while it was running I squeezed the upper radiator hose to work the air bubbles out. Again after a few minutes the coolant came rushing up and out of the radiator cap. I did this several times with the same result every time. Any idea what could be happening?
