Hill parking, hard to start solutions

So my driveway its on a hill, what is the best way to park, parking up or down. I ask because my gas lines drain all the time when i park. Always hard to start. Can i install a cheap pump to turn on until i get the lines full then turn off and let the mechanical pump take over? It would be Alot easier than siphoning the gas up every time. Thanks
