1972 cj5 manual steering box

I need to either rebuild or replace my manual steering box due all the slack it has. I found a used one off of a 1975 that is supposed to be in excellent condition with the mounting bracket for $165,is this a good price? Will it bolt right up to my 72? If not what is a quality rebuild kit for mine?
