I have a 2007 Grand Cherokee 3.0CRD and have been getting the dreaded Limp Mode issue.
When it first happened I sent the Turbo Actuator to be remanufactured and it was done quickly, reinstalled and everything ran great ... For a few months.
I am now getting intermittent ETC faults causing the jeep to go into Limp Mode. This however, doesn't always happen leading me to believe that it not not be the actuator (if it was failing, wouldn't it always fail?) but possibly the Swirl Motor. The actuator is under warranty but it is a big pain to remove so I'm wondering if you guys have any input into this, specifically the differences between the swirl motor fail and the actuator fail.
Thank you guys,
