Half door hardtop compatibility

Hey JF, I've got a question. I have a 91 YJ Renegade and it's getting to the point in the year to put my top back on. I'm missing pieces for my soft top so I was going to put the hardtop on. I have full doors but I don't like them too much. My half doors have soft uppers but the zippers are all broken. Do they sell replacement soft uppers that fit with a hard top or only for a soft top, and if so where can I get them?
