2010 JK infinity sound after market head question

What do you loose if you install after market head with a the premium sound system on a JK 2010?

I know you have to use an special harness not sure which one

I am a little concerned with the fact that you do not wire up all the speaker outputs- so what is lost? Quality?

I think you lose fade?
