Tj Lift and tire size?

Hey guys,

Iam a jeep fan but not an expert I had 2 yj's before.

I got my first TJ 97' and it's on beautiful shape (OEM)

I want some little aggressive look but not to crazy...what Please give me some ideas.

Iam thinking to get bigger tires and of course wheels in black color 31? Or 33?

suspension lift? Or body lift? How many inches? 2?2,5?3?

I want to keep this jeep on the roads 65-80 miles/ h....I don't want to loose stability.
