Wj fan relay numbers

My 1st post here from over in the U.K. I drive a 2002 grand cherokee 4.0l petrol. Currently replacing the fan relay as the fan wouldn't turn off. Made my bumper cuts to get the part number. Whilst searching for a replacement I can find ones with the same part number and number below but not the 3rd line. Do they all still do the same job as long as it's the same part number? Mine reads:

64469D

1302D



I have found a replacement matching the first 2 lines but not the 3rd and it is from a diesel.
