Wobble in front end following new tires

Last weekend I threw a lightly used set of 35s on Allied beadlocks under the Jeep and now I'm getting a mean shimmy/wobble anytime I exceed 45 or 50mph. I've been checking problems off using the thread above, but I want to throw my symptoms out there in case someone is feeling like a genius. Any help would be great.

To elaborate, my steering wheel consistently rocks left and right by about half an inch or so in each direction and I can feel and see (i.e. looking at the hood) this all over the tub. Oddly though, it fades in and out with time... irrespective of speed/bumps/direction.

It's not violent enough that I feel the need to slow down, but it's violent enough to rattle my teeth a little. In fact, at first I thought I could just be my cheap *** self and deal with the shimmy/wobble in the wheel/tub, but a buddy from my club just mentioned (after I brought it up) that he saw my front right passenger tire wobbling when he drove by me on the freeway this morning...

I don't think balancing is the problem because these beadlocks are running BB's and the PO (whom I'd say I can trust) claimed he never had any issues with them at freeway speeds. Also, tie-rod ends, track bar bushings, and ball joints all look fine, and I had a safety inspection last month, so you'd hope they would've spotted any heavily worn steering components.

I didn't have this shimmy/wobble at all before I put these tires on last Tuesday. Aside from that, the only other thing that has changed in my setup has been the reintroduction of my front drive shaft. I did an axle swap a few months back and was just now able to get it back in, but the pinion angle should be good (CV shaft is pointed straight at the trans case output), so I don't think that's related. Finally, I adjusted the track bar and toe-in during the swap but, granted, I haven't had a professional alignment done.
