4.5 inch, 31sand bushwackers?

Hi I currently have a 3 inch rough country lift and bushwacker pocket flares on my 99. I'm thinking about swapping out the rough country garbage for something decent. I'm thinking bilstien 5100s, and rubicon express springs and I'm trying to decide if I should go 3.5 or 4.5. The 31s already look tiny with the bushwackers but my axles are geared to 307, so I don't think I should go with a bigger tire because the jeep has a hard time creepin as it is.

Would it still look alright with 4.5 and 31s or should I go 3.5? Just lookin for some opinions and whatnot thanks
