I recently went for a regear on my '13 JKU (2.5" lift with 35 tires) from 3.21 to 4.88. I decided to have them put Rugged Ridge front and rear control arm skid plates at the same time.
After I picked up my JK, I noticed right away that the steering wheel is slightly off center to the left. The technician told me before I picked up my JK that putting the rear skid plates was easy but the installation of the front take two persons since it involved adjusting the cams during the actual installation.
My question is that does the installation of the front skid plates (of course not the skid plates themselves) have messed up the front wheel alignment and caused the steering wheel to be off center an in my case?
