Lift Kit

I recently put on a 4" TrailMaster lift kit on my 1999 TJ. The link to the TrailMaster site is http://www.trailmastersuspension.com...fMTM3440-20013. The only difference is that I upgraded to nitro gas shocks for the kit. As of recently it has been making wierd noises such as squeeking and sometimes a ratteling noise (this is rare). Also, after installing it there is a squeeking noise whenever I am moving, it is not a constant squeek but pauses then squeeks again (the pattern is consistant). Could this be caused by the large ammount of road salt that has been used recently due to ice and snow or could this be the signs of a bigger problem?
