Hello, I recently took my jeep in for a problem with the center console shutting down. It's a 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee's. They performed an update to the software that I thought was already up-to-date. They said there were no TSB's but found star case #s1408000091 if anyone knows what that is that would be great. Can I expect the problem to be resolved?

Diagnosis:
Radios touch screen control functions, ICS manual controls, back lighting or button functions inoperative. DTC U11B8-00 Lost Communication With Integrated Center Stack, may be stored or active.
Repair Procedure:
Verify the ICS is at the most current software level. Test the ICS manual rotary and button controls. Review and secure all harness connections at the ICS assembly for harness or terminal loose conditions. No parts required for identified loose or damaged connections.
