84' CJ7 with TF999 and its leaking, need advice!!

I found fluid leaking from the front of my TF-999 transmission!! I’ve asked around and folks say it’s a pretty big job to pull the trans and T-case to change the seal. I have never done that before so I’m looking for any advice or tips on removing the trans and T-case to change the seal. I’ll be doing the work by myself and I have a floor jack, jack stands, basic hand tools to do the project. Do I need anything else? Also is there anything else I should change while I have the trans out? I hope to complete this in a weekend since this is my DD. Thank
