Throttle Position Sensor on Hemi

Hey guys I have a 2005 Hemi and a superchips 87 tune on it right now. I took a look at the live diagnostic on a few things and one was throttle position. So I was on a straight road and stomped on it and it showed that the throttle position was only at 87% on the floor. Could it be a bad TPS? Throttle body was cleaned and new plugs and well cared for. Any ideas??
