Begin with Dorman 620-112. Keep the spacer and discard the fan:

Then throw in Motorcraft YA220 (Ford). Some sources (eg http://ift.tt/1JurXcX ) say this fan pulls more air than any other. You may need to remove a small amount of material from your fan shroud. I used a dremmel with a circular grinding wheel -- cuts through the plastic like butter.

To attach a Ford fan to Dodge/Jeep fan clutch you need to convert M6 to SAE bolts. To make this stud, begin with an SAE bolt and turn down and thread it. Grade 8 of course:

Choose the most monster fan clutch in the Hayden catalog: Hayden 2822 for the big V10 Dodge trucks. This is the heaviest fan clutch with the same thread mount and fan bolt circle. I worked this out by sorting through the entire list of Hayden clutches. This is what we are aiming at:

Closeup of the spacer -- notice I turned it slightly in the center to fit over clutch veins. I can make the whole spacer on the lathe, but for $25 it's easier to buy:

Whole thing bolted together:

Other side:

Finally aluminum two-row radiator (I don't recommend this one, mounting points are all off-dimensions and it doesn't quit fit anything.)
Attachment 2338250
Installed. It's a tight fit. You need to ground down those studs flush or else you can't get a fan clutch in there:
