I recently bought a 1990 YJ with a 2.5L manual drive. Since driving it around a bit I've noticed that it smells like it's running a rich. When the back window is open the fumes actually burn my eyes and my clothes smell of gas/bad exhaust. I'm not sure what the issue is but I've been digging around under the hood and it looks like a lot plugs/sensors have been replaced. I came across this plug dangling in the engine compartment and have no idea what it is or where it goes. Please help! Thanks in advance.
What is this plug?
