We were trying to complete the rebuilt of my 79 cj5 with 304. Everything has gone fine until today. The original distributor won't seat , we had Replaced the front cover during the rebuild. You can tap it in with a rubber hammer, but it should slide in. The front cover was purchased from napa auto parts. Any ideas or heard of this before ?
