Im building a set of dana 60's for my TJ. I will be using the gen right crawler comp tank in the rear for 5.5 inches of stretch. For the front I am torn. I want to keep the Jeep streetable on 40's but I want as large a wheelbase as possible while keeping it streetable. I have been told that if your tires stick out past your front bumpers that this would no longer be considered streetable. I live in Michigan and can find no laws regarding this, only lift laws. I have an Astrovan steering gear and was planning on 6-8 inches of stretch up front. What are the opinions on this much stretch and what is considered streetable.
