new to the jeep world...

So I just bought a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0 with 210,xxx on it for $375. Yes. Three hundred and seventy five dollars. Has black leather power everything and infinity audio. Needs all of the wheel speed sensors and it doesn't have first gear sometimes.
