I have a 90 YJ 2.5, I am looking for a new tub due to mine being half full of rust, has any one replaced a YJ tub with a TJ tub? I want to see if I can put a TJ tub on my YJ frame. Not only do I want to do it because I think it would look pretty cool; I have access to one cheap..
Is there any think in particular that needs to be done? I still want to use my YJ front clip entirly, I do what to put a small block aluminul 327 or so in there; although, I'm not doing that until I have the tub switched.
I ask because I'm in the middle of three other projects and I don't want to tear it down if its not going to work out...
