07 Grande Cherokee with 5.7 hemi that stalls while driving

I have a 07 Grand with a 5.7 hemi. While driving down the highway the vehicle would just shut off. This has happened once before. I had the lights on so there was not a flicker in the lights and battery terminals are tight, just replaced spark plugs 5 months ago, air filter is new. I would put the vehicle into neutral and it would start right back up no extended cranking. There are NO CODES and NO ENGINE light. I know my way around an engine but this here has me stumped. If the Cam sensor was going out it would through a code. I see other people had this problem but there was no follow up as to what fixed it. Any help would be great.
