tires- help, can I use these?

I am new to this forum...sorry If this is not the appropriate place to ask this; or if it is just a dumb question...

I have a 2015 unlimited wrangler



I have a friend that has a rubicon with stock 35 wrangler mtr kevlar with blackout rims that he is willing to give me and put on my jeep.



Would they fit without a lift? Would it be as easy as just swapping them out?
