Something keeps "lunching" my front splash guards..

I have two chunks out either splash guard at identical places and identical shapes and now one wants to break free and wobble about..

1/ Any ideas what's causing this?

2/ What are the fittings/clips used to retain them as mine are now long gone..

No "wheelin" here just plain driving... so I'm at a loss what's causing this..:dunno:
