1979 CJ7 Noob Need Suspension Help

Hello Everyone, :wave:

First time poster....long time stalker. :) I just purchased a '79 CJ-7 that already came with a lift kit on it. All I know thus far is it has some rusty Skyjacker shocks. Is there anyway I can tell what brand of lift this may be and do the bolts just welded on the plate look like something a kit would have? Looks kind of hacked to me. I think its a 4 inch lift as it has 33's on it now and sits close to where my TJ sat with a 4" lift.
