Carb to EFI on a '89 YJ

Hello, I am rebuilding my '89 YJ. The new toys I am adding are, flat front tube fenders, rock sliders, rear corner guards, front and rear bumpers all from Smittybilt, winch, 33" tires ( will go to 35" later). So far the axels are stock, but will be replaced with D44's from G2 with 4:88's and ARB lockers. Here is my question. I want to do a carb to EFI change on my 4.0 , what do I need to do the change ? do I need to change any of the gauges ? fuel pump/sending unit? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
