Dome light doozy

So I have a 96 5.2 zj and my interiors won't turn off. My dash lights/radio lights flicker while driving and was thinking it might be connected. I had to pull the fuse out to cut off my dome lights however my dash lights still work. Anybody have any idea what this could be?
